Scope

This policy applies to all Products and Services purchased through our Site.

Returns

If a Product is eligible for return (as specified at the time of purchase), you may initiate a return request within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we do not accept returns unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Returns must meet the eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, original packaging, etc.) as set out in the purchase terms.

Refunds

Refunds will be initiated via our third-party payment gateway integration with Razorpay.

Once we approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund within 14 business days through Razorpay and you will receive the funds via your original payment method (or other method as appropriate).

Please note: It may take additional processing time for different banks or payment methods.

If the purchase was made via a subscription or recurring billing, cancellation of the subscription may impact refund eligibility (see Cancellation Policy below).

Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads, licences or services once consumed or activated may not be eligible for refund, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Any add-ons or fees that are non-refundable will be clearly specified at purchase.

How to Request a Return/Refund

Contact us at sales@swaparichaystudios.com with your Order ID, date of purchase and reason for return/refund.

We will evaluate your request and notify you of the decision. If approved, we will process the refund as described above.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the conditions set herein are not met or if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
