Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through our Site including one-time purchases and subscriptions.
One-time Purchases
If you cancel a one-time purchase within 24 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund (subject to the Return & Refunds Policy).
If you cancel after the 24-hour window, no refund will be applicable.
Subscriptions
If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund.
If cancelled after 24 hours, no refund will be issued, but the subscription will remain active for the remainder of the paid period and will not renew further.
To cancel, contact us at sales@swaparichaystudios.com or use your account settings. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Effect of Cancellation
You will lose access to the product/service after cancellation confirmation (or after the current billing period ends for subscriptions).
Outstanding payments remain payable. Future recurring charges will stop.
Processing Time
Eligible refunds (within 24 hours) will be processed via Razorpay as per the Return & Refunds Policy.
Please allow time for your bank/payment provider to process the refund.
Modifications
We may modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The version available at the time of purchase applies.
